Sorry this is such an old show review, but I’ve been in school again and this site has to suffer.  Them’s the breaks.

Anyways, I attended these two bands a few months back and I was pleasantly surprised.  The Mill has become Iowa City’s main venue for indie rock no longer is Gabe Oasis/The Picador the place to play for good bands.  I got a seat to the right of the stage at a booth and enjoyed a front row seat to some good indie jazz music.
