I recently picked up Real Estate’s record on Mexican Summer Records and have started to get into them.  I was initially skeptical because of the easy confusion with one of my favorite bands that has a similar name that begins with Sunny Day.  Anyways, I’ve come to appreciate Real Estate and forgive them for their encroachment on SDRE’s name.  Recently they settled down with Daytrotter and recorded a session that is not to be missed.  Be sure to check it out.
